Tattoohers booking policy
Booking & Deposits
After we've discussed your design, confirmed your quote, and scheduled your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $55–$110 is required to secure your booking.
The deposit amount may vary depending on your artist, you’ll be informed of the exact amount when booking.
Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo price.

Deposit Terms
Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit will be forfeited in the following cases:

No-shows.

Rescheduling or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice.

Rescheduling more than twice.
Design Process & Drawing Fees

Some custom designs may include a $50 drawing fee (your artist will inform you if applicable).

Designs are typically sent by email a few days before your appointment. You’ll have an opportunity to request small adjustments before your session, and we always allow time for minor changes on the day of the appointment.
Major Design Changes & Urgent Requests

If you request significant changes to the design concept, additional drawing fees may apply.

If you request your design to be finalized earlier than scheduled (prior to a few days before your session), an urgent drawing fee may apply, as this requires rescheduling other client design work.
Touch Ups

One free touch-up is offered within 3 months of your original tattoo appointment.

You and your artist will assess whether a touch-up is necessary based on healed photos.
Touch-up exceptions (charged between $50–$150)

Finger tattoos (due to natural fading).

Touch-ups requested after 3 months.

Touch-ups on tattoos not originally done at TATTOOHERS.
Please note: touch-ups cover line inconsistencies or shading issues caused during healing — they do not include design changes or additions. Any modifications to the design will require a new tattoo appointment and full session fee.
